VGG Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
This course provides all employees, management, and stakeholders of Venture Garden Group with a comprehensive understanding of the standards, values, and ethical expectations that guide our work. Based on the VGG Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, the course outlines the principles that ensure integrity, transparency, accountability, and professionalism across all business activities.
Participants will learn how to recognize ethical issues, avoid conflicts of interest, protect company assets, comply with laws and regulations, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace. The course also explains the Company’s stance on anti-corruption, data privacy, whistleblowing, competitive practices, political activity, international governance, and the handling of sensitive or proprietary information.
